I wish this salad were as interesting to look at as it is delicious. It’s just spinach with a lovely, easy lemon vinaigrette. It will never win the Pillsbury Bake-Off but it’s a recipe you will use many, many times. (And maybe it’s the name; if it were called something sexier like Game-Day Spinach Pull-Aparts would that get it the attention it deserves???)

You are making this book sound divine. I’m glad it’s on my shelf. When things calm down at work in a few weeks, I will start using it. First up will be those haricots verts.
