Another one of those recipes where you might be highly skeptical that such simple ingredients — pasta, peas, 3 tablespoons of parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper — could come together in any kind of interesting way. And yet.
I don’t know about you but I always have these ingredients on hand (maybe not tagliatelle but some kind of pasta) so this dish will be added to my list of things-you-can-make-when-you-simply-can’t-deal-with-the-grocery-store.
I think my favorite thing about this recipe is that the peas were “cooked” by just running them under hot tap water. Seriously, who can’t do that? And they were perfect.
